Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our prices/order page and click on the Buy button shown alongside the product you would like to purchase. After adding an item to your shopping basket by pressing the Buy button, you will be shown the current contents of your basket. At this point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your basket, continue shopping or checkout. After pressing the Order Checkout button you will be prompted for your personal information and credit card details. You will then see a page detailing your order information. Once this has been confirmed you will see a receipt page showing your order reference number.
We recommend you print this page for your records. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch as forms of payment. All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as The Boat-B-Q Company Ltd.

Delivery schedule
Our aim is to hold all items in stock and dispatch all purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with your order.
Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
